Responsibilities
- minimum 1-2 years of concrete batcher experience, however we are willing to train the right candidate.
- dispatching experience is considered an asset.
- strong understanding of concrete production processes, mix designs, and material properties.
- familiarity with computerized batching systems.
- inventory control.
- excellent customer relations.
- knowledge of concrete industry.
- strong problem-solving capabilities.
- good communication skills to coordinate with team members.
- willingness to work flexible hours and overtime.
- have a valid driver's license and driver's abstract according to company policy.
- meet all safety requirements and policies.
- pre-employment drug screening in effect.
