Our Edmonton, AB civil construction division is currently looking for: Estimator / Project Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assess projects by identifying project requirements, regarding time, labor, and material costs

· Read project drawings, specifications, and analyze all other applicable documents to prepare estimates

· Maintains contact and relationships with contractors and internal production team.

· Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors

· Maintain thorough records of all project documentation, including materials estimates, sub-contractor performance, and project completion documentation

· Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility

· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques

· Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

· Perform risk management to minimize project risks

· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Estimator / Project Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

· Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets

· problem-solving aptitude.

· Budgeting and analysis

· Ability to operate independently or within a team

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal

· Critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills

· Time management skills

· Experience with Bid to Win is an asset

· Pre-employment drug screening in effect
